High Performance Extrusion Heat Sinks

The Melcor Thermal Solutions extruded fin heat sinks are designed specifically for Melcor's thermoelectric devices. These high performance heat sinks are ideal for fan forced convection and are available with fan mount shroud. Each extruded heat sink is part of a series of matching components designed to work together as a complete thermoelectric assembly.

  • Base machine cutout for lead wire routing
    and RTD placement
  • Tapped M4 holes for mounting fan shroud
  • Tight fin density to maximize thermal convection
  • Machine polish finish on base to maximize
    thermal conduction
